What you’ll do as an IT BDA at our BPO

- Act according to BPO’s customer requirements considering the standard operating procedures in place;

- Be an active person on our Business Data Analysts team;

- Develop and implement existing or new BI tools;

- Sustain and update our internal website;

- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal procedures to enhance productivity and transparency;

- Interact with several different IT tools plus our newly implemented TMS;

- Contribute to a stable European performance in terms of BI;

- Other tasks inherent to the function.

Must have

- Great command of English (spoken and written);

- Good MS Office skills, especially on Excel;

- VBA/Python/JavaScript proficiency;

- Solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify roadblocks and propose solutions;

- Capacity for organisation, dynamism, entrepreneurial and team spirit.

Nice to have

- Good skills in Tableau and Power BI
